PML's Multi-Angle Magnetic Welding Clamp locks at several common preset angles beyond 90°, for fabrication work that needs more than a single fixed angle.

Outside Magnetic Welding Clamp (45° & 90°), CAT NO. 632

Will the clamp hold during tack welding?

Yes, that is exactly what it is for. Set the pieces at the required angle, and the magnetic grip keeps them in position through tack-up and finish welding. Holding forces per model are listed in the specification tables above.

Which model do I need?

Standard multi-angle clamps cover 30–90° inside work; the 632 works from the outside of the corner; the 634 gives adjustable corner angles. Compare the tables above, or ask our team.

Does welding heat damage the magnet?

The clamps are designed for welding environments, observe the maximum operating temperature listed for each model in its specification table, and keep the clamp out of the direct arc.

What angles does the standard clamp cover?
