Shipping & Delivery

Shipping:

• Orders are processed and shipped on the next working day after payment is received.

• Payments received on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

• Non-working days include Saturdays, Sundays, and national or Maharashtra state holidays.

• Shipping charges are payable by the customer and will be calculated at checkout.

• The final checkout amount includes applicable GST and shipping charges.

Local Delivery – Mumbai:

• Local delivery is available for addresses within 60 km of our facility.

• Enter your delivery address at checkout and select the local delivery option if available.

• If the local delivery option is not displayed, the address is not eligible.

• Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with real-time tracking details.

Local Pickup – Mumbai:

• You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

• Please contact us in advance to confirm your preferred pickup date and time.

Domestic Delivery – Outside Mumbai:

• Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email.

• Domestic orders are generally delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.
