Product Details
Moving steel sheets one at a time from a stack is slow, awkward and hard on hands. The PML Magnetic Sheet Transporter makes it a one-person, one-motion job: place it on the sheet, lift by the ergonomic handle, and move the sheet exactly where it needs to go.
Inside the metal housing, strong magnets provide the grip; a camshaft-operated lever handle carries the sheet and releases it on demand — push the handle away and the hold releases cleanly, no prying required.

Reading the Ratings Honestly
- Forces are determined at room temperature on a polished steel plate (Q235B); in general the value is exceeded, though a −10% deviation is possible in exceptional cases.
- Real performance depends on installation situation, temperature, counter-anchor and more — treat the values as orientation and ask our experts to verify your case.
Holding & Sliding Forces by Load Thickness
Sheet thickness and air gap both change what a magnet will hold — here is the honest data for each model, at zero air gap and with a 0.2 mm gap:

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it pick up two sheets at once?
The magnetic field is concentrated at the working face and sized for single-sheet handling; the force tables above show how holding force varies with sheet thickness so you can match the model to your material.
How does the release work?
The camshaft lever breaks the magnetic hold when you push the handle away — a clean mechanical release, with no prying and no effort.
Why do you publish forces with an air gap?
Because real sheets have scale, paint and unevenness. The 0.2 mm air-gap figures tell you what to expect in real conditions, not just in the lab.
