Refund policy

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Orders cancelled before 4:00 PM IST on the day of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Email sales@pmlindia.com to cancel.

  • Opened products are non-refundable, but may be eligible for exchange.

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or transit-damaged products that PML is unable to replace.

Exchanges & Returns:

  • To replace a defective or damaged product, email sales@pmlindia.com with photos and return the item to:

  • For exchanges, any price difference will be refunded or charged, as applicable. Return and replacement shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service or insurance, as PML cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
