SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, REFUND, EXCHANGE, RETURN, PRIVACY AND TERMS OF SERVICE POLICY

1. SHIPPING POLICY

1.1 Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders will be processed for shipment once payment has been successfully received.

Orders received on a working day will be shipped on the next working day.

If payment is received on a non-working day, the order will be shipped on the next working day.

For the purpose of this policy, non-working days include:

• Sundays
• Saturdays
• National holidays
• Maharashtra State holidays

1.2 Shipping Charges and Taxes

Shipping charges will be borne by the customer and will be charged as applicable to the order.

The final amount payable at checkout will include applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Any additional taxes, duties, levies or charges applicable to the order, including Octroi or similar charges where applicable, shall be borne by the customer.

2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

2.1 Order Cancellation

A customer may cancel an order and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is received before 4:00 PM IST on the same day the order was placed.

Cancellation requests received after 4:00 PM IST on the date of purchase will be subject to the return conditions specified below.

2.2 Orders Cancelled After the Cancellation Window

If an order is cancelled after the applicable cancellation window, the product must be returned unopened and unused in accordance with our Return Policy.

2.3 Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective or damaged during shipping, the customer must notify PML and return the product in accordance with the Return Policy.

A refund will be provided only where:

1. The product is confirmed to be defective or damaged; and
2. PML is unable to provide a replacement.

Where a replacement is available, PML may provide a replacement instead of a refund.

2.4 Opened Products

Once a product has been opened, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Subject to the applicable conditions, an eligible opened product may be considered for exchange in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

3. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

3.1 Eligible Returns

Products will generally be accepted for replacement or exchange only where they are:

• Defective; or
• Damaged during shipping.

To initiate a replacement or exchange, customers must email sales@pmlindia.com with photographs and relevant details of the product.

3.2 Exchange for a Different Product

If a customer wishes to exchange the purchased product for a different product:

If the replacement product has a lower value:
The applicable difference will be refunded to the customer.

If the replacement product has a higher value:
The customer will be required to pay the difference. The replacement product will be shipped only after the additional payment has been received.

Shipping charges applicable to the replacement shipment will be borne by the customer.

The original product must be returned to PML before the replacement is shipped.

3.3 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products to PML.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Where a refund is approved, applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning products.

PML cannot guarantee receipt of products returned without a trackable delivery method.
